The Los Angeles Rams are making an effort to qualify for the postseason. Cooper Kupp has to be well for them to accomplish that.
Many people questioned whether the standout receiver, who has been recovering from an ankle injury, would be able to play. An update was released on Friday, and it’s excellent news for Rams supporters.
Cooper Kupp of the Los Angeles Rams is expected to play on Sunday.
Kupp will participate in Sunday’s game against the Arizona Cardinals, according to head coach Sean McVay. Hear it directly from the head coach, regardless of how he appears on the injury report. If Kupp is sidelined, the offense is altered. Kupp and rookie wide receiver Puka Nacua have benefited greatly from Matthew Stafford’s excellent play. An opposing secondary is under a lot of pressure when both of them are on the field. For a team looking to push for the playoffs, it is also a welcome sight.
Playoffs?
The Rams are currently 4-6, but they’re far from finished. With a victory on Sunday, they would trail the 6-5 Seahawks and Vikings, who presently own the final two NFC playoff spots, by one game. There is still a good amount of play in the season, and it is quite possible for the Rams to sneak into the playoffs with a brief winning streak. The Green Bay Packers, who are currently 5-6 after winning on Thanksgiving, will be a formidable opponent for them.
The Los Angeles Rams are no strangers to this place. Numerous players on this team, including Cooper Kupp, have Super Bowl victories. This team has the potential to be very dangerous in the end if Kupp can play and stay healthy.
