In NFL action from Week 11, the Los Angeles Rams emerged victorious over the Seattle Seahawks. These are the Rams victory heroes.

In Week 11, the Los Angeles Rams defeated the Seattle Seahawks by winning in the closing minutes. For almost the whole game, the Rams were behind. Los Angeles rallied late in the game to win 17–16, but Seattle had jumped out to a 13-0 lead in the second quarter. It was an extremely suspenseful game, even with the low score. These players were instrumental in the Rams’ victory over the Seahawks.

Puka Nacua

Of all the NFL players, Puka Nacua has had one of the most amazing rookie seasons. The Rams wide receiver has become a star, and in this particular game, he was unquestionably a hero for Los Angeles. Nacua caught five passes for a total of 70 yards and one touchdown. The Rams’ first score of the game came from Nacua, which naturally gave the team a huge boost in confidence and momentum. Nacua was called for pass interference in the end zone later in the game. The Rams were able to end the drive with a touchdown from Darrell Henderson after this put them on the one-yard line. Nacua hasn’t been as effective lately as he was during the season’s first half, but it’s evident that he saved the Rams in this particular game.

The Rams defense as a whole

Although they aren’t nearly as good as they were when they won the Super Bowl two seasons ago, the Rams’ defense was excellent against the Seahawks. They gave up just sixteen points in the entire game and gave up a point in the last twenty-three minutes. In football, stopping your opponent from scoring through slightly more than one-third of the game is typically a pretty good formula for success. The Rams’ defense against Seattle was essentially a team effort, so there weren’t any true standouts. The Rams were a cohesive unit when it mattered most, despite only recording two sacks for the day and one interception from Derion Kendrick. The Rams would not have won without a strong defensive effort from everyone on the team.

Matthew Stafford

Although he didn’t play particularly well in the Rams’ victory, Matthew Stafford managed the game’s tempo and guided his team to victory. Stafford completed passes for 190 yards, one touchdown, and one interception, for at most mediocre stats. But sometimes, you can win without lighting up the stat sheet. Stafford led the Rams to victory in the Super Bowl and is a true veteran of this league. In Week 11, the leadership was there even though the numbers weren’t. The Rams were behind for the majority of the close contest, but Stafford rallied his team to win.

Lucas Havrisik

There was only one field goal that the Rams kicker needed to make today, but it was a huge one. With 1:34 remaining in the fourth quarter, Havrisik made the game-winning field goal to give the Rams a 17–16 lead. He passed both of his PATs as well. Even though it was only 22 yards away, it might not have been a difficult field goal, but the pressure was undoubtedly on. Havrisik showed up for work and performed his duties, which ultimately assisted the Rams in winning.

The Rams vs. Seahawks game had a very bizarre conclusion. After driving down the field, Seattle presented kicker Jason Myers with a 55-yard field goal opportunity to win the game. Sadly, the Seahawks’ attempt to win on kickoff was missed, giving the Rams a thrilling victory. After finishing Week 11 with a record of 4-6, Los Angeles will play the Arizona Cardinals in Week 12.
