The 23-year-old’s exceptional two-footedness was cited by the former England international as his best quality.

“I believe he has had an incredibly successful start to his Liverpool career. Before the match at Kenilworth Road, the former Red told Premier League Productions, “Long way to go, so far – he has had an awfully good start.”

“He has produced more opportunities than anyone else while wearing a Liverpool shirt; what immediately struck me was how adept at using both feet. He has speed. Don’t pass. He is a shooter. He is a goal scorer and assister.

“This season, he has already proven to be a very valuable asset for Liverpool. As a player, he can only get better and better. navigates the field. Not afraid to perform his defensive tasks. He is a true all-around player, in my opinion. He also recovers the ball a great deal of the time. Simply put, I’m really impressed.”

The Hungarian international struggled in a disappointing 1-1 draw against Luton Town, along with a number of consistent players.

What a wise summer addition

We can overlook the former RB Leipzig player’s subpar performance in Bedfordshire because it was an anomaly amid a string of strong performances in 2023–2024.

We are still in disbelief that Liverpool was the only team to pursue him for what is now appearing to be a steal at £60 million.

Who would have thought that we would start all three of our starting positions again, bounce back from the disastrous season we had last year, and be considered for a title challenge?

Once more, our hiring team has excelled!
