After twisting his ankle, promising Liverpool prospect Kaide Gordon appears destined for yet another stint on the sidelines.

The 18-year-old is anticipated to miss the next two weeks of activity, according to Ian Doyle, the chief football reporter for the Liverpool Echo.

Fans and the athlete both can exhale with satisfaction knowing that the problem is not nearly as serious as the pelvic ailment that kept him in the hospital for almost two years.

One of the most fascinating young people in the nation
Expectations were high going into Derby County because he departed with a reputation as the top 16-year-old talent in England, at least in the Rams’ view.

However, it should be clear that Gordon still has a bright future in the red part of Merseyside at the age of 18.

It’s terrible that he will be sidelined by another problem until October, but maybe it will be the last one for a time, allowing him to resume his career.
