According to Michail Antonio, David Moyes’ West Ham United will ‘end higher’ in the Premier League this year than Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool.

The Hammers striker claimed that after seeing Liverpool defeat Wolves 3-1 on Saturday, he believed that the Midlands team had given Liverpool problems.

After their respective midweek European matches, Liverpool and West Ham will square off on Sunday at Anfield.

Since Michail Antonio informed The Footballer’s Football Show that the weekend match is a “six pointer,” it is likely that he will start for Merseyside.

West Ham is now sixth in the Premier League standings, three points behind third-placed Liverpool, who have not yet dropped a match.

Even though it’s still early, Antonio made sure to make his intentions for this season known.

Will West Ham finish ahead of Liverpool?

This season, we’ll likely finish ahead of Liverpool, according to Antonio. “Listen, I’m just going to say it.

“Because it was immediately following our game, I watched the Liverpool at Wolves game. Wolf might have escaped with it, remember. They were given a lot of chances. They arrived this past weekend. It has six points. We have them.

Michael, wake up, said Callum Wilson. Get up! He may be having another of those dreams, I believe.

European West Ham and Liverpool
The Europa League is a highly demanding league, so how the pair performs in the Premier League this season will be greatly impacted by this.

The Champions League is elite, and there is a big gap between it and the other competition.

However, if both sides manage to advance far in Europe this season, it will be demanding on the players. As a result, depth in quality will become important, with Liverpool perhaps doing better as a result.
