Following the selection of Pearsall, Aiyuk reportedly sent a message to the 49ers’ brass, expressing his approval of the pick. General Manager John Lynch shared Aiyuk’s message, stating, “Fire pick, I can’t lie,” indicating Aiyuk’s support for the decision despite the trade rumors surrounding him.
