With five players sidelined since Friday—defensive linemen Arik Armstead (foot/knee) and Javon Hargrave (hamstring), tight end Ross Dwelley (ankle), linebacker Oren Burks (knee), and running back Elijah Mitchell (knee)—the San Francisco 49ers are facing their largest injury list of the season. Nonetheless, a number of players who were doubtful heading into the weekend due to missing one or more practices during the week will help the team.
Linebacker Dre Greenlaw (ankle/hip), offensive lineman Aaron Banks (hip), and cornerback Charvarius Ward (groin) were all cleared to play in the game on Sunday. Spencer Burford, a guard, will miss his third game of the season due to a knee injury. He was only partially active during practice on Thursday and Friday. To replace Burford on the right side of the line, the 49ers will turn to Jon Feliciano, who has been the group’s swing offensive lineman.
The 49ers’ Week 15 inactives are as follows:
49ers
QB Brandon Allen
DL Arik Armstead
DL Javon Hargrave
TE Ross A
LB Oren Burks
RB Elijah Mitchell
OL Spencer Burford
