The Philadelphia Eagles are once again atop the NFC, continuing where they left off in the 2022 campaign.

The Eagles lead three teams with 8-3 records in the conference by two games thanks to their 10-1 record.

The Dallas Cowboys, the Eagles’ division rival, are one of those 8-3 teams and are attempting to catch up with them in an attempt to win the division.

Sadly for the Cowboys, the Eagles consistently find a way to win, even in games that seem like they ought to be lost.

Jerry Jones, the owner of the Dallas Cowboys, recently spoke with 105.3 The Fan, a Dallas radio station, about this phenomenon.

Jones expressed his dissatisfaction with the Eagles during this talk by posing the question, “Why can’t the ball bounce the right way?”

These frustrations are probably shared by other teams in the conference.

The Eagles’ recent overtime victory over the Buffalo Bills is the most recent illustration of this annoyance.

The game seemed to be in the Bills’ hands, as if they were sure to defeat the Eagles.

But the Eagles managed to pull off a victory once more thanks to their potent offense and solid defense.

Even in games that seem winnable for the opposition, the Eagles never cease to baffle and annoy them.

If Jones’ Cowboys are to have any chance of winning the division, they must continue to win and hope that the Eagles’ run of good fortune comes to an end.

Their second season meeting is scheduled to take place in two weeks.

Will the Cowboys be able to overcome their opponents?
