Diamond Season Tickets
From 10am on Tuesday 17 October, Diamond Season Card holders can book a ticket for a guest using one of their Diamond Vouchers. Supporters can book by email or phone or in person. The ticket office keeps a list of the use of diamond coupons and informs if the use of coupons is not possible.
Biennial Hatters Members
Supporters who were Hatters members last season and this season will be able to purchase a ticket for this game on Monday 23rd October.
These supporters can book online using a unique customer number or by phone or in person at the box office. We encourage supporters to receive their tickets digitally so they can print at home or send to any smartphone.
A collection of tickets is available; However, we recommend that supporters gather before the match day if possible. If some supporters can’t make it, we encourage them to arrive early to avoid queues at the ticket office and turnstiles.
Do we offer postage for tickets ordered at this stage of the sales plan, but the box office recommends digital tickets as a better option if postage is delayed.

This unit is priced the same across all homes, including Bobbers Stand. However, the Bobbers price is an introductory price that may change in the future.

Buy Backs
All season ticket holders unable to attend this game are strongly advised to contact the Box Office for advice.
We will later release those places to other backers. In return, the Ticket Office will arrange a £10 redemption voucher (Juniors/Juniors £5) which will remain for collection at the next game.
This gift card can be used either in the Club Shop or in restaurants across the country. A redemption request must be received at least 24 hours prior to the game date.
Changes to season ticket upgrades
The club is also allowing upgrades of season tickets this season, but they will now only be accepted if they are arranged at least 24 hours before match day. They will NOT be processed at the box office on game day.
Annual ticket holders can request an increase in their seat (e.g. if a child or an elderly person is not attending the game, for example).
However, this season, if ticket sales have only reached the Member Sale season, only member upgrades will count.
If the sale reached the general sale stage, an upgrade would be allowed, but only to a supporter registered in the club’s database. All tickets are assigned to that person so they can create their purchase history.
