Tonight’s big game between the Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors could have play-in ramifications, but the injury report include some notable names. LeBron James is one of the names.

LeBron James’s status against the Warriors tonight is officially categorized as uncertain due to left ankle peroneal tendinopathy.

LeBron James missed a game against the Milwaukee Bucks just two games ago because of an ailment. Thankfully for the Lakers, D’Angelo Russell’s heroics allowed the squad to still figure out a way to win at the buzzer. Even though LeBron James is clearly hurt, it looks like he would play in every game if it were the playoffs. James has scored 29 points, 9 assists, and 8 rebounds against the Timberwolves and 18 points, 9 assists, and 13 rebounds against the Sacramento Kings in the two games since his return.

If LeBron James plays tonight against the Warriors, one should anticipate a monster game, barring an injury to Draymond Green. James participated in the first game of this season’s matchup with the Warriors, missing the second, but recording an incredible 36 points, 20 rebounds, and 12 assists on 56/50/100 shooting. Warriors supporters should be extremely afraid of LeBron James tonight just for that reason.

Tonight at 8:30 p.m. EST, the Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers will play.
