One week before the Super Bowl, on Sunday, the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs arrived in Las Vegas.

49ers supporters cheered on their team as they left San Jose on Sunday despite the wind and rain. As the 49ers left for Las Vegas, fans lined the street and waved signs in support of the team.

It was not an easy journey to Vegas on Sunday night for the 49ers, who are vying for their first championship in 29 years. As many planes were canceled or delayed due to poor weather in Southern Nevada and the Bay Area.

The coaching staff and players of the 49ers are in Las Vegas. On Friday, family members and team sponsors will join the team’s front desk employees.

On Sunday afternoon, the Chiefs arrived ahead of the 49ers.

The Chiefs are not just the reigning champs, but they have also won four Super Bowls in the previous five years.

The Raiders’ home field, Allegiant Stadium, will host the iconic strip’s first-ever Super Bowl.

The lowest ticket prices on StubHub as of Sunday night were almost $5,600. Over the past week, prices have increased.

The 49ers and Chiefs are both avoiding the party scene in Las Vegas. The hotels where the teams will be staying are near Lake Las Vegas, which is roughly twenty miles east of the strip.
