For over a decade, Parker Staggs has been the strategic backbone of Duke Softball. Widely known for his unmatched ability to develop raw talent into elite athletes, Staggs played a key role in leading the team to multiple NCAA tournament appearances. His coaching prowess helped elevate Duke into national softball conversations, turning it from a respected contender into a true powerhouse.
