Big Cooper Kupp injury update for the Rams before the Cardinals game

Cooper Kupp, a receiver for the Los Angeles Rams, is anticipated to practice today following an ankle injury sustained this week.

According to Dianna Russini of The Athletic, Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp is reportedly on the field and expected to practice today despite having an ankle injury.

This Sunday, the Rams travel to Arizona to play the Cardinals, and it would be extremely beneficial to have Cooper Kupp available. Given his current practice status, there appears to be a high likelihood that he will participate on Sunday.

Even though the Rams defeated the Cardinals in their previous meeting, they will have a harder task this time around because Kyler Murray will be up against them.

By defeating the Seattle Seahawks 17–16 last week, the Rams successfully completed a season sweep. Los Angeles improved to 4-6 with the victory, maintaining their slim hopes of making the playoffs. Fortunately, Kupp is making a comeback to practice on Thursday after missing a significant portion of the game due to an ankle injury.

The Rams would rebound to 5-6 with a victory, and they would gain confidence heading into a challenging two-game stretch against the Baltimore Ravens and Cleveland Browns.

Observing Kupp’s level of involvement against the Cardinals on Sunday will be interesting. If his ankle continues to bother him, he might only be used in a limited capacity, which could mean Puka Nacua has a big day.

In any case, having Kupp on the field is significant for Matthew Staffored and the Rams.
