Superstar LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers recorded his 108th triple-double on Wednesday night, vaulting him to the top of the NBA’s all-time list ahead of Hall of Fame point guard and former Lakers assistant Jason Kidd.
Being two of the best playmakers to ever play in the NBA, James and Kidd have certain things in common with their games. In addition, they were teammates on Team USA. Throughout their careers, they frequently faced off, most notably in the 2011 NBA Finals. To further cement their relationship, Kidd served as an assistant coach for the Lakers’ 2020 NBA Championship squad.
LeBron has undoubtedly learned a few things from Kidd’s game, and in the wake of Wednesday’s contest, the Lakers star talked about what he had discovered from the head coach of the Dallas Mavericks.
“Making teammates better no matter what.” LeBron remarked, “You can never accomplish it alone or on your own. and dialogue as well. Those are, I believe, the two lessons I was able to learn from him.”
These are unquestionably significant advantages that LeBron has added to his game throughout the course of his career. Kidd and LeBron are two of those players who have the ability to bring out the best in everyone. James also excels at communication, always being able to express to his teammates and coaches exactly what he needs and wants.
Nevertheless, Kidd has managed to incorporate something that LeBron hasn’t been able to.
The Lakers star continued, “Patience is the third quality I haven’t been able to apply and will never be able to apply.” That simply isn’t who I am. Still, he does a fantastic job at it. thus obtained two of the three.
While some players can maintain their composure and patience, others demand that tasks be completed accurately and quickly. LeBron is in the latter group, but he made the right choice because it suits him and given his professional accomplishments.
LeBron James thinks the Lakers should move on after losing to the Kings.
Unfortunately for LeBron James, the Sacramento Kings handed the Lakers their first home loss of the season after his performance did not result in a victory. LeBron thinks it’s best to move on from the mistakes made as there won’t be much time to reflect on them given the number of games coming up soon.
“I think we’ll watch for a little while, if not tomorrow or on Friday when we have our shootaround or meeting.” James stated, “However, as you pointed out, we have an excessive number of games that will be played very soon and at a high speed.
“It’s the third of four nights. We’re on Friday. We’re on Sunday. A ton of games are on the horizon. Some of the errors teach you something. Some of the positive things you’ve done teach you lessons. You then, however, move on.”
