Is Kyler Murray able to push the Cardinals further down the draft list?

The fact that their franchise quarterbacks are nearing full health should make the Los Angeles Rams and Arizona Cardinals happy.

That appears to be Matthew Stafford’s return for LA following the team’s bye week. Stafford was not present for the Rams’ most recent game against the Packers.

Things for Arizona and Kyler Murray are more convoluted. Whether you support tanking or not, the Cardinals front office lost a few veterans who could have made an impact this season, so they effectively tied one hand behind head coach Jonathan Gannon’s back. After recovering from an ACL tear suffered last season, it was highly doubtful that Arizona would truly start Murray at quarterback. However, Murray is back and led the Cardinals to victory over the Atlanta Falcons this past weekend, the team’s first since defeating the Dallas Cowboys in Week 3.

Los Angeles currently has a dismal 3-6 record. At 2-8, the Cardinals aren’t far behind. Which squad will have a better record at the end of the season?
