There is no record of a player named Josaiah Stewart being advertised for sale by the Michigan Wolverines or any other NCAA sports team as of my last update in January 2022. College players are not purchased or sold in the same way as professional athletes, despite the fact that they do have a great value to their teams and may be given scholarships or endorsement deals.
It’s important to remember, though, that there have been continuous talks and arguments about the rights and pay of collegiate athletes. These have mostly focused on the financial aspects of collegiate athletics and the limitations imposed on athletes’ ability to make money off of their own likeness and image rights.
