The top five offensive and defensive plays by the team will be revisited by theRams.com as we continue our 2023 season wrap-up.

The best part of the offense is this:

5) WR Puka Nacua’s sideline catch vs. Steelers

QB Matthew Stafford faked a play and sailed a deep pass down the left sideline. Nacua had two defenders pursuing him but swarming in to cover him, but it made no difference because he held onto the ball for a 32-yard gain while the defenders hauled him down with little space to spare.

4) WR Cooper Kupp’s touchdown reception of 62 yards against the Commanders

Similar to the play mentioned above, Stafford’s play-action fake against the Commanders set up this deep touchdown pass to Cooper Kupp, who was wide open and only needed to maintain his balance to score 62 yards.

3) In the playoffs, WR Tutu Atwell’s 38-yard touchdown reception against the Lions

Cornerback Kindle Atwell’s speed took over to separate for the score, and at the end, Atwell performed a front flip into the endzone. Vildor tried to jump in front of this Stafford pass, but he misjudged it.

2) Nacua’s barehanded diving catch against the Ravens

Rainy and chilly? It seems like the perfect situation for Nacua to take off his gloves. Whatever his reasoning, he was still productive without them, as demonstrated by this spectacular catch that he made en route to five receptions for 84 yards in Baltimore.

1) Stafford’s overtime touchdown pass to the Colts to win the game

With this laser over the middle to Nacua, who took care of the rest, he bravely persevered through an excruciating hip injury to lead Los Angeles to an overtime road victory over the Colts in Indianapolis.
